Obituary: Margaret Ann Lucas, 70, Raywick

Margaret Ann Lucas, 70, of Raywick, died Friday, May 22, 2015, at her residence. She was born July 7, 1944, in Lebanon. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lawrence Lucas (1999); and her parents, Roy Bennett and Mary Alice Miles Thompson.

Survivors include two sons, Ronald Dale (Kelly) Lucas and James Phillip Lucas, both of Raywick; two grandsons, James Bennett Lucas and John Spencer Lucas; three sisters, Dorothy Mattingly of Raywick, Marie Thomas of Campbellsville and Mary Florence Farmer of St. Mary’s; and two brothers, Otis Thompson, of Louisville and Joe Thompson of Lebanon.

The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with the Rev. Jim Graf officiating. Burial is in the church cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of the arrangements.
